IPDPS Poster: Towards High Performance and Efficiency of Distributed Heterogeneous Systems

This is the first presentation of the main topic of my PhD Dissertation topic. Ive prepared a poster and had the chance to get some great feedback and make some connections with the best researchers and scientists in the field. What an amazing experience. Before I go on, I really wanna thank Dr. Bo Hong and Dr. Luc Boug and Dr. Michela Taufer for their work putting together the PhD Forum at IPDPS they certainly went far and beyond what anyone else is doing! Thanks!

This poster is the high level description of what hopefully will be the driving theme in my dissertation. We present a framework to enable applications to achieve high performance and/or efficiency by assisting in implementing the application in a heterogeneous system (in this case we’re initially looking into a system containing CPUs, GPUs, and FPGAs).
