Sam Skalicky graduated with a PhD in Computer Science from the College of Computing & Information Sciences at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2015. He also completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering in 2010 at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He has previously worked at Xilinx Inc. Cisco Systems, D3 Engineering, and USC/ISI. He has competed in design competitions such as: Freescale Make It Challenge, IEEE Student Design Contests, and the Renesas Design Contest. His native language is English, however he has an intermediate read/write/speak/listening ability in Korean. In addition Sam completed his required liberals arts concentration in Japanese.
